Led and managed on-site autonomous evaluations, compliance and audit reviews of Company’s financial and compliance control processes for some of the top MNC’s like Pfizer, NCR, Diageo, Honeywell, etc., He has successfly led team on International audits of Company affiliates across Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and Americas.

Amit lends his support in an advisory role to HermON bringing on board his strong local and international experience. He is passionate about start-ups and way it is evolving and feels the need of strong governance can bring in a huge competitive advantage.
